Please note, while we arrange your visit, entry tickets to Qasr Al Watan must be purchased directly by you at the official counters of the palace. We do not sell or include the price of palace entry tickets in our tour fees.

2. Booking and Confirmation

• All bookings for our guided tours are subject to availability.
• To secure your preferred date and time, especially for evening tours to enjoy the light show, we recommend booking early.
• A booking is considered confirmed once payment for our tour services has been received in full and acknowledged by our team.

3. Payments and Cancellations

• Payment for our tour services must be made in the currency specified at the time of booking.
• Cancellation policies vary based on the type of tour and advance notice provided. Specific cancellation terms will be communicated at the time of booking.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our stated policy at the time of cancellation.

• It is your responsibility to purchase the necessary entry tickets to Qasr Al Watan directly from the official counters prior to the tour. We are not liable for denied entry due to unpurchased tickets.

• Please arrive at the designated meeting point on time for your tour. Delays may result in a shortened tour or a missed tour without refund.
